We are sorry to hear that you are returning an item. But do not worry, we, at eSTEMM, LLC , will guide and assist you, in every way possible!

Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with this, you can return the product to us and we will issue a store credit/gift card which are subject to the below terms.

All Items are eligible for return excluding the following: nonphysical/downloadable items, courses, course bundles, subscriptions, gift cards and practice exams.

In the case of the return of the items, you will be responsible for paying the restocking fee of 20% of the item value, to be deducted from the store credit/gift card value.

Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged/spoiled in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Once the item have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 45 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the items are received back and inspected.
